Precision mechanical machining

Marchesini Giuseppe srl has made its ability in precision mechanical machining of pieces and batches, even of small dimensions, one of its strengths. “Precision” is the keyword of all the CNC machining and mechanical machining for third parties that come out of the 4,500 square meter warehouse in Cornedo Vicentino (VI), but also the key that makes this company a serious and reliable partner capable of adapting to the different service protocols of its customers.

Since 2016, the company has also obtained the UNI EN 9001 certification.

CNC mechanical processing

On the piece design front, the company has an internal technical office that works every day on the best 3D design programs. A special cad-cam simulation software allows us to optimize the production, turning and milling process.

With over 50 years of experience, Marchesini Giuseppe srl has grown keeping up with the times, focusing on a technological equipment of the highest level that allows to carry out turning, milling, toothing, grinding, deep drilling and balancing operations.

History

The origins of the activity that today represents the core business of Marchesini Giuseppe srl have their roots in the second half of the 1940’s. Domenico Marchesini, Giuseppe’s father, had worked as a turner at Valdol in Valdagno during the Nazi-Fascist occupation. At the end of the war, he decided to continue the turning business by opening an artisan business which, among other small processes, also made clocks for bell towers. His son Giuseppe soon began to work with him and, year after year, he put together a great wealth of skills.

The company in the 1960s

In 1965, Giuseppe founded the company that still bears his name today. Among the first productions, we find garden furniture elements, reaching very high numbers of pieces assembled daily. Soon the company specialized more and more in precision turning work, eventually changing the business radically. From the first parallel lathes to the numerically controlled ones soon after, up to a fleet of extremely precise and versatile machines that allow the processing of transmission shafts, flanges, but also related pieces with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 350 mm.

In 1999, after completing his studies Giuseppe’s son, Paolo, also joined the company. It is Paolo himself, flag bearer of the third generation of Marchesini, who today holds the reins of the business towards the future challenges of the engineering sector.
