For precision mechanical turning works, Marchesini Giuseppe srl can count on:

- 10 recovery CNC lathes (two with a maximum length of 2,000 mm)
- 2 CNC bar lathes with counter spindle

CNC turning
Turning is the precision mechanical processing that allows you to give the metal piece the desired shape through a special machine, the lathe. The piece is fixed to a spindle and set to rotate. Today we work mostly with CNC lathes which, once all the processing parameters have been set and the piece fixed, produce the finished product.
Precision mechanical processing is usually divided into a first roughing phase and then moving on to finishing. Specific lathe components come into play for precision cutting that give the final piece predefined dimensions, tolerances and roughness.
