Marchesini Giuseppe srl has equipped itself with a special latest generation metrological room (measuring lab). It is a space dedicated to very high precision measurements, supported by a special software that allows to carry out the detection of the various parameters, both during the machine set-up phase and for the final reporting.
Several structured companies already rely on Marchesini Giuseppe srl to carry out measurements according to precise formats required before starting specific processes.
This equipment also allows you to create final reports even on pieces directly supplied by third parties.
Design and production planning tools
On the piece design front, the company has an internal technical office that works every day on the best 3D design programs. A special cad-cam simulation software allows us to optimize the production, turning and milling process.
Work planning is certainly not left to chance. In fact, the Production Office uses the ERP management system that allows the manager to better plan the use of machinery and monitor the progress of the entire production process in real time, to maximize production efficiency and ensure compliance with deadlines.
